Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers to ensure coordinated efforts to improve production quality GMP compliance to meet quality, delivery and cost.
Promote a quality culture in accordance with the commercial imperatives of the business and build positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Lead and support new products introduction process into manufacturing, as well as design assurance of product development of new products.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science with solid experience in a regulated volume manufacturing environment
Experience in improving and introducing new procedures coupled with experience in process validation and risk management methodologies.
Experience in design assurance or product development is preferred.
A self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and has a sense of urgency.
Strong planning and organisation skills and the ability to drive, motivate and lead teams.
Proven knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations, GMP and appropriate ISO Standards.
