Responsibilities
Product planning, new product launch, product management & strategic marketing planning of IVD product in APAC.
Develop product strategy, identifying opportunities to support product launching and drive market adoption.
Assist business development, identifies competitor activities and develops strategic actions
Provides expert assistance to distributors
Builds a motivating and encouraging environment in the region and within the team
Ensure achievement of sales target and contribute to operating income according to the budget.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science with at least 4 years of relevant experience in IVD industry.
Experience in strategic planning, strategic marketing, and business development
Positive thinking, enthusiastic, self-starter with strategic focus,
Good to have prior working experience in clinical molecular laboratory.
