Build collaborative and close working relationship with key second level managers and internal stakeholders in the region and headquarters to ensure the success of the business strategy.
Develop future leadership and succession planning within the organization
Coach and mentor teams, ensuring their continuous professional development.
Provide guidance and support to the team, in particular during new business activity and senior level client engagements.
Lead and motivate teams across all functions within the subsidiary. Evaluate the organization’s and the staff’s performance on a regular basis
Oversee the operations of the organization and manage its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
