Responsibilities
A key member of the regional management team, this role will lead the development of the business into a solution driven service business. The role is responsible for the management of marketing, business strategy and commercial processes in ASEAN and to ensure development and implementation of local sales strategies to drive organic growth via key growth platform programs.
• Marketing
-Growth Play Book and marketing support for budgeting processes
-Support business and commercial strategies with quantitative and qualitative research in the regions
-Drive market research to define Point of Sale , pricing, and other Master Service Agreement terms and conditions in regions
•Commercial Processes
- Develop sales force functionalities in line with product / region requirements
-Reducing strategy to action with the regions and developing key Master Service Agreement
-Create and reduce to practice POS offerings with the regions
-Lead the development of region specific e-channels for consumable products
• Growth Platforms
-Drive Industrial Internet initiative by closely working with region sales & marketing teams.
-Ensure that global initiatives flow through to action in the regions.
-Ensure APAC alignment to the global growth platform organization
Requirements
MBA/Bachelor degree with at least 10-12 years of leadership experience in sales & marketing. Must have regional experience managing a team of 20-30 staff.
Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships and/or managing a P&L or comparable business unit.
Demonstrated commercial process management skills in MNC matrix environment
Demonstrated inclusiveness leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global matrix organization
Demonstrated track record in driving revenue using sophisticated commercial processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
