Responsibilities
Lead the supply chain operations, provide leadership and direction to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and implement operational strategies.
Lead and manage client interaction and ensure key performance index and service level agreements are understood, measured and achieved.
Responsible for organic growth and development of business opportunities with new and existing customers
Perform costs analysis and manage costs structure
Lead team in process review and continuous improvement to achieve service excellence. Build a high performance team through effective, results oriented operations management.
Lead business discussion, contract negotiation and business plans.
Requirements
At least 8 years of leadership role managing full spectrum of supply chain management, warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding business.
Demonstrate business acumen with extensive business experience in strategic & budget planning. Ability to dive into details, numbers and analysis
Excellent planning, problem solving, collaboration, decision making and organization skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong drive and self-initiated
