Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities
To lead and drive the overall services growth strategy in Thailand.
To create sales opportunities in the identified accounts and maintain relationship with customer’s decision makers and channel partners.
To achieve Service Sales target assigned from all revenue segments of contract and non-contract elements.
Ensure pricing compliance for all opportunities and manage opportunities and funnel using CRM sales funnel tools and reports.
Manage and motivate service sales team to optimize financial performance.
Create account plans, opportunity development, competitive strategies and build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans.
Opportunity management and coaching commercial rigor for sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years of sales experience in Healthcare, Services or Technical field, with at least 3 years track record managing a sales team.
Strong leadership skill in identifying growth strategy, analyzing opportunities and motivating team to achieve sales targets.
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers.
Ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, negotiation & closing skills.
