Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • To lead and drive the overall services growth strategy in Thailand.

  • To create sales opportunities in the identified accounts and maintain relationship with customer’s decision makers and channel partners.

  • To achieve Service Sales target assigned from all revenue segments of contract and non-contract elements.

  • Ensure pricing compliance for all opportunities and manage opportunities and funnel using CRM sales funnel tools and reports.

  • Manage and motivate service sales team to optimize financial performance.

  • Create account plans, opportunity development, competitive strategies and build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans.

  • Opportunity management and coaching commercial rigor for sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years of sales experience in Healthcare, Services or Technical field, with at least 3 years track record managing a sales team.

  • Strong leadership skill in identifying growth strategy, analyzing opportunities and motivating team to achieve sales targets.

  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers.

  • Ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, negotiation & closing skills.
