Responsibilities
Possess experience in operating blown film technology.
Troubleshoot extrusion problems on films to obtain quality samples to meet customer's requirements.
Troubleshoot extrusion machine faults on the job, repair faults if possible on the job, liaise with appropriate contractors for suitable solutions in events where self repair cannot be fulfilled.
Generate the heavy lab fabrication projects, run fabrication trials
Responsible for maintenance of heavy laboratory equipment, general up-keeping and maintenance of the production floor.
Upkeep of standard operating procedures, maintenance records etc.
Upkeep of all hardware in the production floor to best operational condition.
