Responsibilities
Supports the development of risk assessment, planning and execution of audit assignments.
Understands the processes under review by studying pre-audit information, performing analyses, and documenting processes.
Identifies key risks and controls and develops or tailors the Risk Matrices and related Test Control Pages in the respective scope areas.
Plans and performs detailed interviews and audit testing.
Organizes work papers, issue pages and other documents consistent with the department’s guidelines and in line with IIA Standards.
Conducts and finalizes assignments given in an independent manner and in line with Group Audit practices.
Communicates the status of audit’s work to the Team-Lead.
Presents information clearly and concisely in formal meetings.
Presents written information with high quality and audit issues that are validated with process owners, well-researched, concise and well documented.
Delivers balanced and common sense solutions to identified issues and reaches high level of agreement on audit findings and action plans with the Auditee.
Supports the Team-Lead in coaching Team-Members.
Reviews Status Reports from the Auditee and assesses the status of the implementation of action plans.
Able to travel 50% of the time.
Requirements
Solid academic credentials, ideally in business administration or healthcare relevant field
At least 10 years of experience gained as Auditor or Strategy Consultant with MNC, through which you have acquired good business acumen and first experience in leading assignments and project management skills.
Prefer to have experience from sales & marketing, supply chain, operations, from healthcare industry
CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, ACCA with good understanding of risk-based auditing and data analytics.
