Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement sales growth programs for South East Asia to achieve the targeted sales revenue, growth goals, build and grow market share through selected core channels.

  • Responsible for managing three departments in Sales, Customer Service and Industrial Solutions.

  • To identify and recruit new distributors together with local sales team to increase market coverage and achieve market share objectives.

  • To increase share of served and available opportunity, as well as manage channel reach, width and depth in the territories.

  • To lead a team of Industrial Solutions Engineers and to provide improved cost, quality and delivery on all projects.

  • To work closely with the engineering team to identify the vendor for Engineering special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with at least 8 years of sales management and solutioning experience in the power generation, power distribution or power protection.

  • Possess good communication skill and understand regional cultural.

  • Familiar with the power industry ecosystem such as land developers, project consultants, specifiers, contractors and other related market players.

  • Strong business development experience in direct accounts / distribution partners.

  • Willing to travel within SEA region.
