Sales Manager ( B2B )

Responsibilities

  • To manage and lead the corporate sales team in achieving sales target.

  • To manage dealer & direct sales development, implement a systematic and effective sales management system in monitoring and supervising the daily activities of the sales personnel to meet sales revenue and profit target.

  • Managing and coaching sales team towards achieving each personal targets leading to the achievement of the overall department target.

  • To provide marketing support and coordinate with marketing in developing sales and marketing programs as well as distribution of product and marketing information to dealers

  • Participate in preparation of the annual sales budget.

  • Continuously build strong customer bonding and relationships.

  • Conduct and carry out special assignments in accordance with the instructions of the General Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree with at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a team of sales personnel

  • Expertise and working experience in a multinational business environment.

  • Good team player with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills.
