Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Source for and build up a pool of potential customer base for contract logistics, transportation and container depot.

  • Maintain good and professional working relationship with existing and potential customers

  • Able to understand customer’s requirements and to work out proposals / quotations.

  • Achieve sales targets set and provide timely sales & marketing strategic information

  • Identify target customers as sales objectives and create sales pipeline

  • Ensure all business transactions meet company’s P&L objectives

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the department head.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma with at least 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in Contract Logistics & Transportation

  • Able to work Independently

  • Self-motivated team player who is driven to meet targets set

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Possess valid driving license and own transport

  • With good knowledge of Contract Logistics and Transportation

  • Experience in contract negotiations.
