HR Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process for the Group globally.

  • Partner with hiring manager and site HRs throughout the recruitment lifecycle and work with other areas of HR for effective interviewing and on-boarding processes.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and advisory support to hiring managers throughout the end to end recruitment process.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring manager and consult with them to complete a detailed Job Descriptions.

  • Maintain e-recruitment platform.

  • Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels.

  • Manage relationships with recruitment partners.

  • Provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organisations.

  • Identify, coordinate and participate in job fairs as needed, as well as part of Employer Branding exercise

  • Administration of assessment tools, understand the results and communicate to hiring managers

  • Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Skills Training and all other recruitment tools

  • Ensure a smooth delivery and positive employee’ experience in the pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of recruitment experience, prior experience in manufacturing environment will be advantage.

  • Demonstrate strengths in recruitment and selection processes with knowledge of relevant legislation

  • Knowledge in recruitment application, MS office

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust and respect

  • Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands

  • Customer service oriented, good administrative skills

  • Matured, proactive and independent with a positive attitude

  • Experienced in redesigning processes, commitment to quality.
