HR Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire recruitment process for the Group globally.
Partner with hiring manager and site HRs throughout the recruitment lifecycle and work with other areas of HR for effective interviewing and on-boarding processes.
Provide ongoing guidance and advisory support to hiring managers throughout the end to end recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with hiring manager and consult with them to complete a detailed Job Descriptions.
Maintain e-recruitment platform.
Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels.
Manage relationships with recruitment partners.
Provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organisations.
Identify, coordinate and participate in job fairs as needed, as well as part of Employer Branding exercise
Administration of assessment tools, understand the results and communicate to hiring managers
Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Skills Training and all other recruitment tools
Ensure a smooth delivery and positive employee’ experience in the pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding process.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of recruitment experience, prior experience in manufacturing environment will be advantage.
Demonstrate strengths in recruitment and selection processes with knowledge of relevant legislation
Knowledge in recruitment application, MS office
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust and respect
Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands
Customer service oriented, good administrative skills
Matured, proactive and independent with a positive attitude
Experienced in redesigning processes, commitment to quality.
