Head of Group Leasing

Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing of the malls to maximize rental and occupancy.

• Responsible for the full spectrum of marketing & lease management operations

• Oversee the Group Leasing Team by guiding and driving team members to perform all leasing activities for the portfolio of malls from sourcing of new concepts/prospects relevant to malls’ positioning to securing new tenants for malls managed by company.

• Develop leasing business plan and strategy and conceptualize/review trade and tenant mix

• Maximize rental income and occupancy of the retail properties in the portfolio

• Review malls’ annual revenue budgets

• Oversee and streamline lease management standard operating procedures

• Tenant and prospect relationship building

• Oversee and manage tenants’ trading performance across malls and conduct analysis

• Undertake special projects as assigned by Senior Management

• Provide strategic advice as part of the management team and business support to the business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management

• Real Estate Sales Person certification by CEA is a must

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail mall leasing with extensive network of contacts.
