Responsibilities
This position will head the QA department (day-to-day QA, Process Control Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering and Quality System) and Customer Quality Engineering Division with a total headcount of around 200 employees in the region.
Responsible for overall quality management and acts as facilitator for customers and site manufacturing and engineering. Prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions in support of a high stress manufacturing workplace, using sound communication, negotiation skills both internally and externally. Also communicates with counterparts at sister sites and factories around the world.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in engineering.
At least 12 years of experience in semiconductor industry, with 8 years of management experience.
Sound understanding of principles and concepts in own technical / specialist area due to education, training and job experience.
Working knowledge of related functional areas.
Excellent knowledge of customer / supplier relationship.
