Leads IT planning and development strategies/initiatives and; determines current and future needs.
Responsible for the implementation, support and operation of all technology infrastructure and services including data centers, servers, storage area networks, data bases, service monitoring and system software.

Analyze department workflow and efficiencies, instituting procedural changes to effect cost reductions and improve quality and productivity.
Develop business case justifications for IT spending related to enterprise infrastructure.
Develop and manage departmental Operating Expense and Capital Expense budgets.
Develop department capabilities with focus on appropriate technologies, expertise and sustainable human resources.
Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, service agreements and invoices.
Hands-on technical depth that enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex ITD project implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
Responsible for developing comprehensive disaster recovery and failover plans and procedures.
Lead delivery of 24/7 service operations and Service Level Agreement and KPI compliance.
