Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years related experience in financial services or customer service
Must be able to speak Japanese fluently
B2B Commercial Collections experience
Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships

Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
