Responsibilities
To support the organisation to increase sales performance, grow market share, and enable sales force to achieve the Organizational Goal.
Manage team and develop a sustainable Sales Force development strategy and framework for Asia Pacific organisation
Engage key stakeholders to communicate and align strategies; generate buy-in for rollout
Investigate and access regional Sales Force skills maturity and validate competency capabilities and readiness
Identify and evaluate Learning Management Tools and resources to implement process
Collaborate and engage with Global Sales Education team to align and rollout Global Initiatives/ Strategies
Partners Sales Education
Learning Management System
Vendor/ Content and Curriculum Management.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree with at least 8-10 years of MNC experience in medical healthcare industry.
Good experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Curriculum and Instructional Design, Project Management, and Sales and Marketing function.
Strong communication skill to all levels.
Good experience in Instructional and Curriculum Design (across different digital platform).
