Responsibilities

  • To support the organisation to increase sales performance, grow market share, and enable sales force to achieve the Organizational Goal.

  • Manage team and develop a sustainable Sales Force development strategy and framework for Asia Pacific organisation

  • Engage key stakeholders to communicate and align strategies; generate buy-in for rollout

  • Investigate and access regional Sales Force skills maturity and validate competency capabilities and readiness

  • Identify and evaluate Learning Management Tools and resources to implement process

  • Collaborate and engage with Global Sales Education team to align and rollout Global Initiatives/ Strategies

  • Partners Sales Education

  • Learning Management System

  • Vendor/ Content and Curriculum Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree with at least 8-10 years of MNC experience in medical healthcare industry.

  • Good experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Curriculum and Instructional Design, Project Management, and Sales and Marketing function.

  • Strong communication skill to all levels.

  • Good experience in Instructional and Curriculum Design (across different digital platform).
