Supervise all activities for aftermarket sales in ASEAN.
Executes marketing and sales strategies for the aftermarket commercial organization.
Provides counsel, advice and recommendations to Group Management.
Develops sales and marketing strategies for all Wholesale Distributor customers within the commercial organization of their area.
Works with all customers to differentiate their product and service offerings thereby minimizing conflict between customers
Identifies and grows the winning customers within each major distribution channel
Works with customers to identify their best product offerings including both flooded and AGM product lines
Grows market share through innovative product and service offerings
Identifies ways to increase margins without overly increasing manufacturing complexity
Coordinates efforts in category management and marketing with the AP Marketing team to position company as the leader providing information and guidance in the sales effort
Prepares annual budgets, cost projections and monthly forecasts and firm ups.
Reviews and analyzes cost, volume and pricing relationships to assure attainment of return on investment goals.
Reviews and analyzes the cost effect of major changes in operations, equipment and process as it relates to customer satisfaction and sales in their area.
Recommends actions to increase profitability.
Performs special assignments and analysis as directed by the senior leadership.
