Sales Manager

Responsibilities
To drive and manage the sales team including coaching, objective setting and performance monitoring to achieve sales target.
Design and implement sales plan to maximize product success.
Prepare sales budget, revenue and expenses reports and updated forecasts for management review.
To coach and motivate the sales team in prospecting, pitching and negotiating.
Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop new and existing customer.
Requirements
Bachelor/ Diploma in Engineering / Business with at least 5-10 years sales experience in industrial packaging/ supply chain, with at least 3 years in managing a sales team.
Successful past track record in high level selling, closing sales deals and key accounts.
Possess strong leadership skill, highly self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge.
Highly independent and sales result driven.
