Responsibilities
Monitoring IQC, IPQC & OQC processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements
Monitor daily IQC, FQC output to ensure meeting production output & delivery demand
Lead a team of QC operators/trainer for daily QC operation (including Material IQC) to meet the department goals/targets.
In charge of the re-engineering project to improve QC line Quality and Efficiency
Provide guidance/support to QE engineer in supporting customer’s request and resolving customer issues
To conduct regular line audit and drive for quality improvement
Handle customer complaints/CAR, review 8D report writing and drive for customer satisfaction/improvement
Regular FMEA meeting review with operational departments to identify potential risk of quality concerns
Requirements
Bachelor Degree with good knowledge of Quality Assurance Process
At least 5 years of experience in similar functions preferably in semiconductor industry area
At least 3 years of experience in leadership and supervising QC operators
Good knowledge of MS Office, 8D (CAR), QC7 tool and FMEA
Strong team player and willing to put in extra efforts
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to deal with Headquarter counterparts)
