Fulfil staff resource needs
Carry out standard daily liaison using existing procedures with Payroll section
Responsible for end to end payroll matters for about 500 headcount, tax matters, C&B, administering medical leave & claims and other benefits
Keep customers informed on new HR initiatives and ensure conformity
Be responsive and prompt in solving / responding to HR requests and referring the user to the right person if necessary
Solve standard daily problems as they arise; choose between a number of options which have clear consequences, by following guidelines or referring to precedent, recognise when a problem should be referred to others.
Resolve problems requiring the use of initiative and creativity, guided with policies or legislation.
Establish the basic facts in situations which require further investigation and inform others if necessary.
Plan, prioritise and organise their own work or resources to achieve agreed objectives.
Work with external vendors to solve day to day issues and monitor the given KPIs
Work with external customers in gathering useful analysis which may be useful for HR team
Timely submission of HR reports with external parties
Play an active role in initiating continuous improvements to HR operational workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.
