Responsibilities
Contributes to the system architecture, design and review of the systems functionality to meet business requirements
Provides guidance and information to support consistency of vision with business objectives.
Develops and reviews solutions to ensure systems and processes are compliant to business requirement
Researches cross platform solutions to ensure effective implementation of new technologies.
Develops and evaluates innovative ideas to assess value added, impact, risks, challenges, opportunities, and benefits for the organization.
Analyzes business processes to improve aspects of information systems (e.g., data management, practices, procedures, best practice, etc.).
Assists and collaborates with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design and architecture.
Interfaces with cross functional team to discuss issues and recommend solutions.
Produces detailed component specifications to support systems designs.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of IT working experiences with the last 1 year as a team lead role
Possess knowledge of latest IT technology tools - .Net Framework
Possess strong analytical and judgment skills
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage stress in a MNC environment
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in teams
Excellent 'people' and communication skills and ability to work with people from all levels and all characters
Flexible to global conference calls
Knowledge of logistics business would be advantageous
