Marketing Manager ( Regional,B2B )

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver effective marketing plan, aligned with Brand and Sales strategies. Executes plan within area of responsibility, overseeing the creation of promotional programming, such as advertisements, catalogue layouts and channel-specific marketing materials. Ensures consistency with brand guidelines. Multi-faceted responsibilities, depending on business needs, on regional and countries level.

  • Design, execute and measure channel marketing programs that create awareness and expedite sales opportunities and ensure all touch points are current, branded and aligned with our business objectives and demand generation programs.

  • Manage overall marketing relationship with key channel stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand and Product teams to develop the ultimate blend of brand vs demand programs, channel tools, and marketing plans to grow the pipeline and execute defined plan.

  • Ensure all tactical aspects of marketing events and programs are handled flawlessly, with attention to detail.

  • Develop metrics, analyzes, and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return. Adjust plans & objectives when appropriate.

  • Support assigned marketing projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing/business with 3-5 years of B2B regional product / channel marketing experience, with hands-on execution experience

  • Strong capacity for identifying, delivering and maintaining relevant marketing materials and keen attention to detail.

  • Effective written, verbal and presentation skills – able to engage with vendors, partners, sales, customers

  • Ability to act on daily tactical details and manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in fast paced environment.

  • Demonstrated understanding of business operations, marketing principles and demand generations.

  • Highly organized, and able to work well in autonomous or collaborative settings.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
