Responsibilities
Responsible to execute a coherent product differentiation and commercial strategy for the assigned product range and optimizes the use of resources to cover market potential to achieve the Operating plan (orders, revenue & margin) for ASEAN.
Delivers product expertise to product specialists.
Sales & deal coaching to lead to high win rates.
Helps to activate targets and NPI launches.
Develop show site strategy, references and key opinion leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree with minimum 10 years selling experience in medical, healthcare, or technical field or Life Science field.
Technical and clinical expertise in modality such as Interventional, Surgery, X-ray and Women Health (Mammography and Lunar bone densitometry solutions)
Experienced in Sales / Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers
3+ years’ experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals
Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development.
Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture within a highly matrix environment
Excellent presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that ensures understanding and impact
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
