1 Terms of use
This web site is owned and operated by TalentSource Consulting Pte Ltd and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.
The terms and conditions apply to the users looking for jobs, the users of the CVs, the registration of CVs and personal details and the registration of job vacancies.
The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of assisting individuals in finding employment and making career decisions and to assist employers in recruiting staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to TalentSource Consulting Pte Ltd. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
2. User's Obligations
The User shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him and the maintenance of confidentiality of the User's password, user ID and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his user ID.
The User undertakes not to use CAREER121.COM for any fraudulent, illegal, harassing or offensive activities which are likely to offend or criticize any employer, employee, group or portion of society, or post any content where such posting constitutes the infringement or violation of any right of any third party.
CAREER121.COM does not review or confirm the accuracy of any Content or postings on Site, but reserves the right to review and reject any information it believes to be contrary to the Terms of Service.
In the event of theft or loss of user ID, password or security word, the User must notify the CAREER121.COM immediately by telephone and concurrently follow up with a written notice to that effect. The User shall remain liable for use of the Services by any third party until such theft or loss is notified to the Company.
3. Termination / Suspension of Service
CAREER121.COM may terminate this Agreement and remove/suspend the User's posting with immediate effect if in its opinion, the User has breached any of the warranties set out in the terms or conditions of this Agreement and if it is not in the public interest to continue providing the Services to the User for any reason; CAREER121.COM may suspend the provision of the Services to the User pending the investigation of any complaints received in relation to the Services.
4. Disclaimer
Whilst every care is taken in the provision of the Service, CAREER121.COM shall not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused whether as a result of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service or otherwise, or for the contents, accuracy or quality of information available, received or transmitted through the Service.
CAREER121.COM does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information on the site (including without limitation any information provided by community leaders or users, or any project descriptions/solicitations, proposals or user profiles), nor do we undertake to verify, update or correct such information.
CAREER121.COM does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to your account and make no warranty as to the operation, functionality, or availability of the site.
5. Passwords
Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.

The User hereby agrees and irrevocably authorise CAREER121.COM to use any data and information supplied by the User in connection with this Agreement for the Site's marketing purposes and business purposes and retain such data and information in its records and databases.
Supply such data and information to any other associated companies or selected third parties to use for such purposes, and to its supplying such data and information to such third parties as may be necessary for the operation of the Site of CAREER121.COM.

Our use of CVs and other personal information supplied by users of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. CVs and Job Advertisements
CVs and job advertisements contained on the site are provided by candidates and by prospective employers and their agents. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are reasonable, customary and prudent in the circumstances.
9. Rights in the Database
Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to CAREER121.COM. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that your retention and use of the database and its content is governed by these terms and conditions.
10. CAREER121.COM Services
Services and information provided on the site by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.
11. Confidentiality
CAREER121.COM shall maintain the confidentiality of information submitted by individuals seeking employment and employers and recruiters seeking job candidates, as described in CAREER121.COM's Privacy Policy.
12. Indemnity
The User shall indemnify and hold harmless CAREER121.COM at all times against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, expenses, demands, liabilities, losses and damages whatsoever including without limitation for defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, death, bodily injury, property damage or pecuniary losses howsoever arising which CAREER121.COM may sustain, incur, suffer or pay arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service by the User or any act or omission of the User.
13. Amendment of terms and conditions
CAREER121.COM reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions contained herein and in the applicable Subscription Form from time to time. A user's continued use of the Services following the amendments constitutes an affirmation and acknowledgement of the amended terms and conditions and also constitute an agreement by the user to abide and continue to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
14. Modification to Service
CAREER121.COM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. Save for paid service, a pro-rated refund shall be effected for the remaining unused period. CAREER121.COM shall not be liable to the User or any third party should it exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.
15. Data Privacy
We will respect the privacy of your data which you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will comply with all applicable data protection legislation in respect of it. You agree to keep your data accurate and up to date and promptly to send us any new or revised personal data. You further agree that we may use your personal data in the ways advised in our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your passwords confidential and use the security devices offered. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your passwords secret or to use the other security devices correctly. Nor are we responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the site, for example, by computer hackers.
